Security & Life Integrations is hiring a Remote Client Outreach & Sales Coordination Specialist to help us stay connected with our clients and support our sales team. This is a

phone-forward role

, meaning you will make outbound calls every day--but it's

not a simple telemarketing job

. You will take full responsibility for client outreach, appointment coordination, and making sure our sales team is scheduled efficiently and accurately.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping organize the flow of communication and ensuring our schedule runs smoothly.

What You'll Do



Make

daily outbound calls

to: Current clients (check-ins, follow-ups, service reminders) Past clients (relationship building and re-engagement) New prospects (light cold outreach) Answer

incoming calls

and assist or direct them as needed

Manage schedules

for multiple salespeople, including booking, confirming, and adjusting appointments Coordinate where salespeople need to be and when, based on urgency, location, and priorities Maintain and update CRM notes to keep communication organized Help prep salespeople with background information before appointments Support small marketing projects like follow-up email campaigns and updating client lists Identify client needs and route opportunities to the right team member

Important Clarification



This is a phone-heavy position. You will make outbound calls daily.
But it is

not

a typical call center or telemarketing job.

You will be coordinating sales appointments, checking in with clients, managing follow-up, and helping support the overall client experience--not just dialing scripts.

Requirements



Reliable internet and quiet work environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and scheduling skills Experience in customer service, outbound calling, or sales support preferred Comfort working independently in a remote role CRM experience is a plus (we will train)

About Security & Life Integrations



We provide security cameras, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, and fire alarm services across North Carolina. We work closely with property managers, churches, HOAs, and commercial clients--and this role plays a key part in maintaining great communication and keeping our sales operations running smoothly.
