We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent / Appointment Setter to join our sales team. Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to leads generated through Facebook marketing campaigns
Convert qualified leads into paid appointments using provided scripts and processes
Follow established sales scripts and conversation frameworks
Manage lead follow-up and appointment scheduling processes
Track and report on conversion metrics and call outcomes
Requirements:
1+ year of sales experience, preferably in appointment setting
Strong communication skills and phone presence
Experience with outbound calling and lead conversion
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools
Scope:
Part-time position: 25-32 hours per week
Outbound calling focused on Facebook-generated leads
Lead conversion and appointment setting as primary function
