Responsibilities

+ Make outbound calls to customers regarding service appointments + maintenance reminders
+ and special offers
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
+ Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-ups
+ Answer customer inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently
+ Work in a fast-paced call center environment
+ meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in customer service + call center
+ or sales is a plus
+ Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor
+ Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
