As a Seasonal Outbound Call Center Representative, you will help support our schools and customers by making outbound calls, sharing program information, answering questions, and helping teachers stay on track with their book-making projects. You'll serve as a positive, helpful voice for our company--and we'll make sure you're supported every step of the way!

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to schools, teachers, and customers Provide helpful information and answer basic questions Update account details and document call outcomes Support our teams with light administrative tasks as needed Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable talking on the phone Positive attitude and reliable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and basic computer skills Previous customer service or call center experience a plus, but not required--we'll train you!
