Job Summary:

The Ostomy Nurse Navigator (ONN) is a clinical expert who serves as an advocate and guide by providing services and education to patients and staff across the care continuum as it relates to ostomies and continence. The role includes designing, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining ostomy programs for patient care, staff development, education, research, and quality.
Required Qualifications:
Require Certified Wound/Ostomy Nurse (CWON) certification. Require a minimum of one year of experience in specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer a self-directed individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prefer strong communication, collaboration and change management skills

Mandatory Education:

BSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Preferred Education:

MSN: Master of Science in Nursing
Required License and Certs:

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR

FDL: Valid Driver's License

FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
