Job Description

As a Crew Member, you will be on the front line: greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food items, and keeping the restaurant clean and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly, helpful manner. Take and process customer orders (front counter). Prepare menu items according to Osmow's standards (wraps, salads, sides) and follow food safety & hygiene protocols. Maintain clean workstations: cooking area, counters, serving area, dining room & restrooms. Stock supplies, rotate ingredients, and assist with inventory as requested. Work as part of the team, following direction from shift leads or managers. Handle guest concerns or complaints politely, and escalate when needed

Qualifications

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good communication & customer service skills. Ability to maintain cleanliness and food-safety practices (food handler certification preferred) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends. Some prior experience helpful but many postings are open to new entrants.

Pay: $15.49 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
