Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Orthopedic Technologist
to support physicians and physician assistants in delivering high-quality orthopedic patient care. The role involves assisting with clinical procedures, applying orthopedic devices, and supporting daily clinic operations while maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist orthopedic providers with patient care, including casting, splinting, and device management
Support patient intake, rooming, charting, and clinical documentation
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper stocking of medical supplies
Assist with room turnover and equipment setup/cleanup
Apply orthopedic devices such as casts, splints, braces, and external fixators
Remove sutures/staples and perform dressing changes as directed
Collect patient histories and prepare charts for physician review
Manage patient flow and responses to phone inquiries
Prepare surgical documentation, consents, and medical records
Scan and organize patient records in electronic systems
Assist with DME-related documentation when required
Stay current with new techniques and equipment through continuing education
Follow compliance policies and clinic safety standards

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (or higher education as applicable)

Licensure & Certification
Orthopedic Technologist Certification (required)
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (required)
