Position Summary
This position will provide leadership for LALL Orthopedics + to ensure patient-focused, high performance, results-oriented practice management which will support the mission and vision of LALL Orthopedics +.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, planning, and supervising the services of clinic operations across all sites.
Coordinate regular weekly team meetings.
Provide support and direction to staff which includes ensuring employees receive proper on boarding, training, and monitoring of each team member s performance.
Will create new policies or amend existing when the need arises.
Troubleshooting of problems such as equipment, patient complaints, inefficiencies, workplace conflicts, and other items that may disrupt optimal operations for the practice.
Provides leadership and direction to LALL Orthopedics team members that promotes job satisfaction, performance recognition, and stimulates innovative thinking to accomplish objectives and move the practice forward!
Position Requirements
3+ years of experience as a practice manager.
2+ years previous experience as an orthopedic practice manager.
HR experience required

EMR knowledge; experience working with Modernizing Medicine a plus.
Ability to make effective operations based decisions and recommendations.
Understanding of orthopedic medical billing and insurance protocols.
Understanding of practice accounting (MS Excel, QuickBooks) a plus.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Knowledge of patient care protocols, procedures, regulations, and standards
Familiarity and understanding of medical front office operations including reception/registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorizations, and collections.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration preferred
