Compensation:

40% of net collections

(after contractual write-offs and ortho lab costs)

$1,200/day daily floor

for any scheduled "Ortho Day" Transparent reporting and monthly payouts

What You'll Do:

Perform new-patient consults, records, treatment planning, bonding, adjustments, and debonding Collaborate with our Treatment Coordinator for same-day starts and clear financials Chart comprehensively; align with office protocols and patient experience standards Direct chairside team (ortho assistant/EFDA support)

What We Provide:

Established patient base + internal referral pipeline (GP & hygiene) Marketing support targeted to the local community (Creole/Spanish friendly) Supplies, instruments, and scheduling support for smooth Ortho Days Digital imaging and scanner access (or we'll coordinate external imaging--your preference)

Requirements:

DDS/DMD and

Florida

dental license in good standing Orthodontic residency (certificate or MS) Malpractice coverage (occurrence or claims-made + tail) Excellent chairside manner; commitment to efficient, ethical care
