We have the job for you! Arcadia Orthodonticsis offering a full-time opportunity as an Orthodontic Assistant at our office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.

CERTIFICATIONS:

CDA or RDA required, X-RAY certification preferred

EXPERIENCE:

None required but must have DA certification

Monday - Friday

PAY:

Starting at $18

BONUS PAY:

up to $300 additional per month

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Work chair-side with Orthodontist, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties Preparing and taking patient molds Changing out rubber bands, wires, and brackets Adjusting fit of clear aligners such as Invisalign Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays) Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling) Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
