Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental laboratory setting and possess knowledge of dental laboratory materials and equipment used to process orthodontic study and retainer models.
Responsibilities
- Ability to process plaster orthodontic study and retainer models. This includes pouring and trimming models from alginate impressions.
- Fabrication and finishing clear vacuum-formed retainers.
Skills
- Previous dental lab technician experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with laboratory materials such alginate and plaster, and with equipment, such as vacuum mixer, model trimmer and vacuum forming equipment to fabricate retainers
Position:
- Part-time (4-12 hours a week)
- Hours: Morning Shift
Compensation:
- Hourly rate determined by level of experience. (DOE).
- >>> Willing to train for an entry-level position, but again - previous dental or dental laboratory experience is a plus.
