Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Orthodontic Lab Technician

to join our fast-paced, growing orthodontic laboratory. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values precision, and enjoys contributing to the creation of high-quality orthodontic appliances that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate a variety of orthodontic appliances to include, but not limited to: retainers, expanders, lingual bars and other custom devices Responsible for pouring and trimming acrylic and polishing on orthodontic appliances to ensure superior quality, appearance, and durability Ensure precision, fit, function, and aesthetics in all appliances produced Collaborate closely with fellow technicians to meet quality standards and turnaround times Work with diverse materials and techniques to produce consistent, reliable results Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe laboratory environment Support continuous improvement of workflows and lab processes

Qualifications:

Experience in orthodontic appliance fabrication (retainers, expanders, lingual bars, etc.) preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Knowledge of dental anatomy, wire bending, and acrylic processing and finishing is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications accurately Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
