Job description:

Customer service and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality are a MUST

Experience in an orthodontic administrative position is strongly favored

MUST have experience with Excel spreadsheets, confident with math, and comfortable with accounting

Experience working with scheduling, insurance verification, and organization

- Strong leadership and loves managing people

Multi-tasking and performing duties in a timely manner (we are fast paced!)

Responsible for making accurate treatment notes

Other administrative duties that are shared with our front office team members

Personal Attributes:

Excellent customer service skills

Must be a leader with a positive attitude and solid people skills

Must be self-motivated and highly organized

The desire to come to work every day and have fun!

Dolphin management experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
