Our busy orthodontic practice in Newark, DE, is looking for a certified Orthodontic Assistant with Delaware Radiology Certification. If you're detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to exceptional patient care, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference. You'll collaborate closely with the Orthodontist, assist with clinical procedures, and guide patients throughout their treatment--all while working with advanced technology in a positive, team-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas and set up for patient appointments Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Capture diagnostic records and complete iTero scans Assist the Orthodontist during a variety of orthodontic procedures Perform prescribed treatments independently Educate patients about their treatment plans, instructions, and progress Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients through clear communication Support smooth communication between the Orthodontist and patients Travel to additional office locations as needed

Qualifications:

DE Radiology Certification required Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required) Strong chairside manners and excellent customer service skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve problems creatively Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
