- Support
teammates and patients along the journey to their best selves
- Maintain
a positive atmosphere, a seamless workflow, compliance with legal regulations, and yourself and others to the highest standards of care
- Interact
with patients to build trust, ensure comfort, and create connections

Learn continuously, grow in your skills, and adapt to new technologies the changing landscape of orthodontics
- Execute
orthodontic procedures with skill and precision; gather accurate records for proper diagnosis, planning, presentation, and education; place brackets, wires, and aligners to facilitate beautiful smiles and healthy bites.
