Position Summary: TRG is seeking an exceptionally skilled, creative full-time Organizational Development Training Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and provide organizational development, training, and executive coaching services for clients in the U.S. and throughout the world. Activities include organizational assessment; design and facilitation of strategic planning processes, retreats, and team strengthening activities; training design and delivery; and executive coaching both in virtual and face-to-face contexts. Much of TRG\xe2\x80\x99s work is conducted as part of foreign assistance programs and involves bringing the full range of training, OD, and process skills to international development projects. We often collaborate closely with subject matter experts in such areas as international health, environment, gender, agriculture, education, and post-conflict operations.
