salary: $40 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Provide oversight of all aspects of the order fulfillment process for Commercial customers, including but not limited to supporting order entry, order tracking, shipping confirmations, and resolutions of customer service issues.
• Provide visibility of issues and resolutions to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Directors, Account Management teams, and Medical Science Liaison Team to ensure defined Customer service level is met or exceeded.

What you will have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, or distribution, with Orders to Cash processes

Work Hours:

1st shift - 6:00am-6:00pm
3rd shift -6:00pm-6:00am
