Position Summary:

The Warehouse Order Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, scanners, or other warehouse systems Pack products securely and neatly into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Verify items picked against order sheets to ensure accuracy Prepare packages for shipping, including weighing, labeling, and sealing Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory Assist with unloading incoming shipments and placing materials in proper storage locations Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve order issues or discrepancies Operate pallet jacks or warehouse carts (if trained and authorized)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs) Basic math, reading, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures May involve repetitive motions and standing for extended periods Standard shifts may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed

Pay: $19.00 per hour
