Responsibilities

Carefully select and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Inspect items for damage or defects before packing, maintaining quality standards Use appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit Label packages clearly with correct shipping information to facilitate smooth delivery processes Maintain a clean and organized packing station to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines Assist in inventory management by accurately recording packed items and updating stock records Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Experience

Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic familiarity with using packing tools, scanners, or inventory management systems is a plus A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a positive approach toward tasks
