Description This position will contribute to the Order Management activities of our Aftermarket Parts Team, based in Tulsa, OK. The Order Management Coordinator will assist in activities relating to the order entry, ERP systems, and supporting Sales Team, work closely with the Order Execution team to ensure all customer expectations are met. Our objective is to continue observing daily our processes, opportunities for improvements of the implement new system, proposing new initiatives, improvements and new ideas that can add to the success of the Aftermarket team.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Get to know your internal/external customers and build last long relationships.
  • Order Entry for the AM parts team. Manage sales orders from order entry to shipment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accountability, compliance and On Time Performance.
  • Manage credit holds, invoice and receivables.
  • Provide what would be considered an \xe2\x80\x9cexceptional\xe2\x80\x9d level of customer service, a level that exceeds our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
  • Provide timely communications to internal customers regarding job status, and/or missing order details, requiring action to keep the job on schedule.
  • Use every means to ensure the \xe2\x80\x9cright parts\xe2\x80\x9d are shipped. Be accountable for continuous improvement activities and ensure that our business processes are effective.


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Business Management Systems software platforms. (MRP/ERP)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and ability to multi-task for multiple sources.
  • Must be able to work overtime occasionally when required.
