Duties

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Assist with materials handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking pallets, and organizing inventory in designated areas Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols throughout the facility Collaborate with team members to optimize order picking efficiency and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane operation Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory control Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy machinery use Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Construction or materials handling background is a plus for understanding load management and safety procedures
