This role leads cross-functional collaboration between HR, Finance, and business units to ensure proactive workforce planning and optimization..
Main Responsibilities
:
Support familiarization and Requirements Gathering Workshops with the Business Stakeholders
Support in the set-up and configuration of the SWP Module (Functional configurations)
Write Test Scripts to facilitate Application Testing of CRP1, CRP2 and potentially SIT.
Unit Test the Test Scripts to ensure System flow matches the Test Scripts and vice-versa.
Support in creating Functional Design documents for Fast Formulae and Eligibility Profiles or any other Technical objects required as part of the solution.
Support Conference Room Pilot Testing and Validation of the Module with the Business Users.
Support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
Requirements Gathering & Solution Implementation.
Working with CLIENT to understand & implement their workforce planning needs and translating them into techno-functional requirements.
Configure and implement
Oracle HCM / EPM - Strategic Workforce Planning
(SWP)
Understand SWP integration needs and implement the same.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports as per CLIENT needs.
Implement fit-gap analysis & deliver configuration documents.
Document test cases, conduct system testing, providing user training, and support UAT.
Effectively collaborate with stakeholders as well as CLIENT to deliver successful solutions.
Integrating
Oracle EPM
with other systems like
ERP, HCM
, and third-party systems.

, and actuals flow into
Enterprise Performance Mgmt (EPM)

Oversee
human capital management
processes, including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and performance management.
Required Skills
8-10+ years
in
Oracle HCM / EPM -
workforce planning or HRIS implementation
Deep expertise in
Oracle HCM Cloud with EPM's
Workforce Planning modules.
Strong understanding of workforce supply-demand modelling and strategic planning.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in
data visualization
and dashboard configuration.
Knowledge of HR and Finance collaboration workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certification
in
EPM
or related modules.
Experience in managing global workforce planning initiatives.
Experience within
transportation industry
would be a huge plus.
Testing & Training:
Conducting system testing, providing user training, and offering ongoing support.
Communication & Collaboration:
Effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to deliver successful solutions.

Pay: $75,505.63 - $100,383.12 per year
