A career in our Oracle Human Capital team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalise on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to modernize their HR business processes around core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, along with numerous other processes. We also drive continuous innovation including efforts to introduce automation, new solutions, industry-specific model systems and solutions.

Preferred skills:

Prefer specialized skills in Oracle SCM, Finance, HCM and/or Generalist.

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutions , including the following: - Participating in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to, the following Oracle application-packaged modules Fusion, CC&B, Siebel and Hyperion.

Or

Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially in the following modules: payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting and onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management.

Or

Participates in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to the following Oracle application-packaged modules including Oracle Cloud;

Understands the common issues facing PwC\'s clients of all Industries and Sectors;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Cloud, or Oracle application modules including;

Designs, implements, and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment.

Or

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as: Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement (O2C, P2P); Planning (Supply planning, Demand planning, Value chain planning) Warehouse Management (WMS) and able to perform functional configuration and/or technical development.
