Location: Onsite, either at our Hospital (744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301) or Specialty and Surgery Center
FTE Status: 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Four, eight-hour shifts between Monday - Friday, day off to be determined. Either 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM

Responsible for assisting with daily operations and scheduling of surgical/procedural cases as appropriate (i.e., general, gynecological, orthopedic, neurological, urological, ENT, plastics, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular). Knowledge of availability of equipment and supplies. Manages phone calls and coordinates departmental information. Maintains safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:
Completion of Medical Terminology class or completion of Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant/Surgical Technology program preferred.
Minimum of two years as surgical technologist and previous surgery scheduling experience preferred.
