Job Summary
The OR RN Leader provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Operating Room, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative patient care. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with staff leadership, coordination of surgical services, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
Lead and support OR nursing staff during surgical procedures Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and emergencies Perform circulating and/or scrub RN duties as needed
Required
Active RN license Minimum
2-3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and surgical workflows BLS requiredJob Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
