• Location: Dakota Dunes, SD 57049 (South Dakota nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Surgical Hospital ? Urology Operating Room
• Start Date: November 10, 2025
• End Date: February 8, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (schedule may vary)
• Hours per Week: 40 guaranteed
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Float to other units as needed within skillset
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2330 - $2500

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required for South Dakota healthcare jobs)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during surgical procedures in the Operating Room
• Prepare the OR and assist with urology and other surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes throughout surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Float to other clinical units as needed within your nursing skillset
• Work every other weekend as scheduled
