Cares Surgery Center is looking to hire a Full time OR Circulating Nurse. Ideal candidate must be able to scrub and circulate in OR suite. Candidate must have minimum 1 year experience in operating room. Hours are Monday-Friday. No weekends. Candidates must be flexible with hours since hours vary on surgical case volume.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Minimum 1 Year experience
Performs duties as OR Circulator and scrub nurse
Assembles cases according to schedule
Practices and monitors that aseptic technique is followed and completed
Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures, providing necessary instruments and supplies
RN and BLS license required
Must be calm and collected to meet both physician and patient needs
Ability to perform work that required lifting, standing, and moving of patients and equipment
