Outpatient Eye Clinic
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) license in any U.S. state or territory.
Graduate of an accredited School of Optometry.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical optometry experience (2-3 years preferred).
