Full-Time | Patient-Centered | Collaborative MD/OD Team



We are seeking a compassionate, clinically driven

Optometrist

to join our growing ophthalmology practice. This role is ideal for a doctor who loves building patient relationships, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and is passionate about elevating the standard of eye care. As part of our integrated MD/OD team, you will play a key role in supporting both the clinical and surgical sides of the practice, including:

Post-Operative Care



Manage and comanage post-op visits for cataract and refractive procedures Monitor healing, troubleshoot visual symptoms, and educate patients throughout recovery

Comprehensive Eye Exams



Perform full-scope medical optometry Diagnose and manage ocular disease including glaucoma, AMD, and diabetic eye changes

Dry Eye & Ocular Surface Management



Evaluate and treat dry eye using advanced diagnostics and treatment modalities Customize treatment plans and educate patients on long-term care

Exceptional Patient Experience



Build trust and rapport through clear communication Explain clinical findings and treatment options with confidence and compassion Ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for

What We're Looking For



Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and passion for medical optometry Experience in a surgical or ophthalmology setting preferred, but not required Commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience Team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, technicians, and support staff
