Join a dynamic, welcoming team at a well-established, private optometric practice in Midlothian, an upscale suburb of Richmond, VA. This vibrant practice is seeking an energetic, bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) associate optometrist to join their dedicated family team!
Position Overview:
As an associate optometrist, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while working with state-of-the-art optometric equipment. Your role will be key in providing comprehensive ocular health examinations and managing various eye diseases, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye care, all while ensuring a remarkable patient experience.
Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough ocular health examinations and effectively communicate findings to patients.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of eye conditions, providing tailored treatment plans.
• Educate patients on eye health and vision correction options, including a wide selection of eyeglass frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to promote a supportive and caring environment.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• Competitive wages with a starting salary expected to exceed $160,000, plus production bonuses contributing to unlimited earning potential.

• Work hours are designed to promote work-life balance: Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

• A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
