Job Description

Atteberry Eye Centers is looking for an Optometric Technician to join our growing team!

Atteberry Eye Centers is a multi-location optometry group that provides full-service optometry to the Topeka, Lawrence and the surrounding communities.

This position would be responsible for:

Warmly greeting patients Pre-testing patients (including: auto-refractor, visual fields and OCTs) Interviewing patients for a complete medical history Scribe for doctors Contact Lens ordering Communicate effectively with patients
Schedule:

Mondays: 7:45-5:00 Tuesdays: 7:45-5:00 Wednesdays: 7:45-5:00 Thursdays: 7:45-5:00 Fridays: 7:45-4:00 NO WEEKENDS!
Qualifications:

Knowledge of and prior experience in optometry or ophthalmology is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple task throughout the day Excellent computer skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
