Job Description

Seeking a reliable and energetic staff member to help grow a newer optometry practice in the heart of Macalester-Groveland Saint Paul. We opened in March of 2020 and have come a long way since the pandemic started. We recognize our patients' sight is one of their most valuable senses and will give them personalized eye care to see them preserve their sight for many years to come.

Staff member would predominantly work as a technician and pretest the patients before they see the doctor. Other (less frequent) tasks include things a receptionist would do such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, triaging eye emergencies and collecting copays. Base knowledge of medical insurance vs. vision insurance preferred but not required.

Job duties you would not be responsible for: adjusting, fitting or selling glasses. Our opticians are amazing and have that covered.

Compensation will be based on experience and credentials. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. No weekends!
