Optometric Technician
to work directly with our doctors and clinical team to support exceptional patient experiences from start to finish.
We provide a broad range of services, including:
Routine eye exams and contact lens fittings
Myopia management
Advanced dry eye treatments
Chronic and acute ocular disease management
Specialty contact lenses

What You'll Do
As an Optometric Technician, you will play a key role in patient care by preparing patients for their exams and supporting doctors throughout the clinical process. Responsibilities include:
Perform efficient and thorough preliminary workups tailored to the patient's reason for visit.
Utilize many different forms of equipment and technology to collect all necessary patient data.
Clearly explain tests, procedures, and medical terminology to patients in an approachable and understandable way
Accurately document patient information and exam data in our EHR system (OfficeMate/ExamWriter)
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks, including phone calls, voicemails, faxes, referrals, prior authorizations, and patient inquiries
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Follow established office policies and procedures
