Job Summary:
Are you a skilled and experienced Optical tech? Or Optician /Super tech looking to join a dynamic and thriving optometrist office? We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual to join our team and help us provide exceptional eye care services to our patients.

This position is based in Lehi with some training provided at our Saratoga office, requiring a willingness to travel between offices to cover when needed.

Duties:

- Gather patient information accurately and efficiently.

-Help to pretest patients

- Prioritize patient care and satisfaction.

-Contact lens train

-Ordering contacts and dispensing orders

- Utilize strong phone skills for effective communication.

- Schedule appointments

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.

- Support other departments as needed.

- Utilize computer proficiency in daily tasks.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workplace and exam rooms

Requirements:
- Experienced optical tech is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer and phone systems.
- Prior exposure to optical services is advantageous but not mandatory; we offer training to the right person.
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Previous patient care experience is beneficial.

This is a full-time position with no part-time hours available. Compensation will be determined based on experience.
