, an upscale optometry office and optical boutique, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented team member to help us redefine what it means to see--and be seen.

Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding clients through personalized eyewear consultations, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring every visit feels personal and seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise Assist clients in selecting premium eyewear tailored to their style and vision needs Support daily operations including scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, insurance documentation, and merchandising Build and maintain records in our customer relationship management system Conduct pre-testing for patients with courteous service and attention to detail Collaborate on marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand promotions Maintain a pristine and welcoming retail environment Flexibility to work Thursday evenings until 7 PM and occasional Saturdays (10 AM - 1 PM)

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in optical Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury service environments strongly preferred Formal optician training beneficial Strong communication skills and a keen eye for aesthetics Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms Passion for fashion, wellness, and personalized client care
