We are currently seeking a part time Optician with experience in an optical and clinical setting. The Vision Clinic is a large, three-doctor Optometry clinic with an optical dispensary that has been established for over 40 years. The ideal candidate would have experience with optical dispensing. The job would include greeting the patient, frame / lens selection, glasses dispensing / repair and insurance / billing. Duties will also include answering telephones, helping with patient recall and helping with optical inventory. The ideal candidate should want to help anywhere that is needed with a positive, team-oriented attitude. The candidate would also be trained to back up other positions in the office, including working patients up and performing contact lens insertion and removal training.
3 Years Optical experience preferred.
Hours: 7:45-5:30 Monday-Thurs, 7:45-1:00 Friday.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
