Optical Sales Associates and licensed Opticians

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting our luxury products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical and an understanding of the medical side of this field. Your ability to engage with customers and effectively communicate product benefits will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage, particularly in the areas of luxury eyewear, optometry, myopia control and IPL/RF. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment. Work with exclusive eyewear collections, meet with sales reps and maintain our optical inventory Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Get involved in social media content creation Help maintain a great work environment with your team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Optical sales is necessary. A passion for eyewear and fashion An understanding of luxury product and sales Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
