Optician

to join our team. This role combines hands-on patient care with technical expertise in managing our in-house optical lab and edger.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and style preferences Take precise optical measurements and ensure accuracy of prescriptions Fit, adjust, and repair eyewear to deliver excellent comfort and vision quality Educate patients on lens technology, eyewear care, and warranties Manage the optical lab, including lens edging, mounting, finishing, and quality inspections Oversee lab inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure timely turnaround of eyewear Collaborate with the doctor and staff to deliver seamless patient care

Qualifications:

Previous experience not required but must be willing to learn Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office Team player with a patient-first mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
