Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
Assist patients in browsing and selecting frames, offering guidance to match their needs and preferences.
Dispense glasses at the back desk, ensuring proper fit, adjustments, and patient satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization by putting away frames, keeping lenses and glasses clean, and de-dusting shelves regularly.
Ensure all frames are handled carefully, placed in proper locations, and ready for patient use.
Provide assistance throughout the store as needed, always maintaining a professional, helpful, and patient-first attitude.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills; able to explain clearly and confidently to patients.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable.
Prior optical or customer service experience is an asset, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Assist customers in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and accessories, through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
Conduct merchandising activities to maintain attractive displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals
Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the store remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized
Educate customers on lens options, frame features, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and timeline of when glasses will be ready.
