The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to

step into a flagship boutique that has been built into a powerhouse for luxury eyewear

. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship to ensure you can confidently guide clients and

carry on the boutique's reputation as a destination for fine frames and exceptional service

.

As our new

Optical Sales Specialist

, you will:

Build lasting connections with clients and provide a

personalized, luxury shopping experience

. Gain deep knowledge of premium brands and

educate clients on craftsmanship and design

. Help expand the boutique's reputation as a

leading destination for independent and luxury eyewear

. Introduce clients to

exclusive collections not found elsewhere

. Contribute your creativity, energy, and drive to a shop that thrives on

Who We're Looking For

A natural

people-person

who enjoys connecting and building trust. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals. Passion for

fashion, design, and high-quality craftsmanship

. Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership-level role with mentorship. Previous retail or optical sales experience a plus (but not required - personality and drive matter most).
