About the Role

You'll be the face of Vision Now: welcoming mall guests, guiding them into eye exams, and helping them pick eyewear. If you're confident, friendly, and love talking to people, you'll crush it here. We'll train you on everything optical.

What You'll Do

Invite mall guests into the store Convert walk-ins into eye exam reservations Hit daily conversion goals (bonuses kick in after averaging 4/day) Help patients choose frames + lens options Sell premium lens packages (commission eligible) Keep the front area upbeat, helpful, and welcoming
