The Challenge

At OneTrust our Professional Services team are responsible for helping customers get set up on the OneTrust platform. As such, we\'re on the front line to make sure our customers are live, adopted and get the maximum business benefit from their investment in our software. The Principal Consultant - Professional Services Enablement will be responsible for making sure OneTrust\'s Professional Services Organisation is enabled on key processes and initiatives, methodologies, templates and ways of working so they can deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. They will also be responsible for all of the continued educational and capability building programs within the Services organization and will play a key role in growing and supporting the Services organization community through regular touch-points and org-wide events. The Principal will also work closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure alignment and coverage across the whole OneTrust Sales and Customer Experience teams.

Your Mission

  • Develop and lead the successful execution of the Services Enablement plan and programs to ensure field team members (and partners where appropriate) are equipped with content, resources, tools and training to effectively service our customers
  • Oversee and execute on the development of education and training content in collaboration with other SMEs
  • Identify core curriculum needs and create a bill of material for new initiatives across the Services organization
  • Ensure alignment of field enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as product releases, marketing campaigns and Sales Plays
  • Act as the Services liaison for initiatives across other functional areas of the business such as R&D, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales ensuring a joined-up approach to enablement
  • Support in the leadership and facilitation of Services training and community events activities
  • Develop programs for soft skill development across the Services team
  • Provide change management expertise to ensure that initiatives and activities are managed in a considered, consistent fashion so that they land and are embedded globally
  • Support the Services Leadership team with strategic initiatives and projects in furtherance of our company wide transformation agenda
You Are
  • BA/BSc or Higher or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience with expertise in rolling out technology/SaaS change programmes and initiatives
  • Minimum of 2 years in SaaS
  • Change Management / Business Transformation experience
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial with bias towards action
  • Experienced in building and delivering consumable enablement, communication materials and trainings
  • Excellent communicator
  • Organisational change enablement for global complex organisations
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplined projects successfully to FTSE 100/Fortune 500 companies
  • Skilled in managing senior customer and internal stakeholders, up to C-level, in complex environments
  • Experience in a professional services consulting organisation an advantage
Extra Awesome
  • Implemented or run SaaS Enablement programmes
  • Knowledge of the legal/regulatory/compliance market
  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, Consent Management, ESG
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
