individuals to become Ophthalmic Technicians, Receptionists, and Scribes (Transcription) . No prior medical experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you thrive in the exciting world of eye care.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate medical records. Measure and record vital signs for patients prior to examinations. Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries. Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient information accurately. Prepare examination rooms and assist with basic procedures as directed by clinical staff. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in healthcare is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 37.0 per week
