About the position:

We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal team members for the area of Hudson, WI.

Equipment operators with at least 1 year of experience with a bob cat, skid steer, or bucket.

These positions are seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events. Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours, but vary based on the storm. Pay is varied based on position and applicant experience. This is a Zero Tolerance snow removal job.




We are looking for people who:


Have at least 1 year experience operating heavy equipment. Live within 30 minutes of the community they are applying to. Are available from November 1 to April 15th Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance Valid and Clean driver's license with no restrictions, and the ability to be insured by From the Ground Up. Operators will need to provide certification or undergo a DOT physical. Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. Pass a company safety training course Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software Work well under high-pressure situations Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.




Pay range $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
