Production Supervisor

:

Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality motors and subassemblies per diagrams and instructions. Operate hand and air tools, torque wrenches, gauges, and hoists while ensuring defect-free work and adherence to production goals. Safety & Operations: Maintain a safe, clean workspace; follow all safety procedures; report hazards; and use required PPE. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (use hoist for heavier parts), stand for long periods, and work overtime or any shift as needed. Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills; ability to read and follow written instructions; forklift operation (license required); adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-focused with strong communication skills. Experience & Reliability: Stable work history or relevant vocational/technical training preferred; previous motor assembly experience a plus. Must pass background and drug screening and have reliable transportation and work authorization in the U.S.

Education and Experience Needed:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
