As an Operations Worker II at The Andersons, you\'ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our manufacturing process. We\'re looking for reliable utility players to help with day-to-day operations. This role may include assisting with shipping and receiving, processing and packaging product, operating a forklift, performing quality inspections, housekeeping duties, and basic record-keeping amongst other tasks.

What you need to be successful:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1-2 years\' relevant experience

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds

• Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time

• Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet

• Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures

• Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
