Job Description

About the Position:

Our Operations Support crew members perform a critical role in our daily operations by coordinating and assisting the name drop team by unpacking and preparing items for printing or hand lettering. Once items are completed, they pack up the finished items and prepare for the shipping crew. The production support team floats where help is needed. Occasional truck delivery unloading may be required.

No nights and no weekends.

Great team spirit Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at a time Ability to stand for long periods of time Excellent attention to detail Great self-independence and motivation Strong reading and communication skills Must be fluent in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Follows organizational safety rules Must have good hand/eye coordination

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment is helpful, but we will provide training to the right person.
