This role ensures timely ticket triage, vendor communication, and case coordination while acting as a backup resource for Dentira-related tasks. By overseeing day-to-day workflows and supporting documentation, reporting, and issue tracking, this role frees up Procurement and Facilities Managers to concentrate on onsite initiatives and new clinic builds.
