About the Role

As an Operations Support Associate, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our dispensary running smoothly. This is a flexible, hands-on position designed for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed -- from the front door to deliveries to in-store activations and events.


This role is part-time with scheduled shifts and

required on-call availability for deliveries

, which is a core responsibility of the position.

Responsibilities

Delivery & On-Call Support

Serve as an

on-call delivery driver

when needed, ensuring timely, professional, and compliant deliveries. Safely complete deliveries using a bicycle/electric bicycle or car Assist with delivery preparation, handoffs, and returns in accordance with company procedures.

Security Desk & Front Door Support

Staff the security desk as assigned. Check IDs and manage controlled entry into the dispensary. Maintain a calm, professional presence at the entrance. Communicate clearly with managers and security staff regarding any concerns.

Operations & Floor Support

Provide general operational support across the dispensary as needed. Assist team members during busy periods with floor or back-of-house tasks. Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and a positive environment.

Events & Activations

Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown for in-store activations, brand events, and community programming. Act as an extra set of hands to support staff and partners during events.

Team Collaboration & Compliance

Work collaboratively with managers and staff to support daily needs.Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety standards.Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum

21+ years of age

Legally authorized to work in a cannabis dispensary in New YorkValid driver's license (if planning operate a car for deliveries) or comfortable riding a bikeWilling and able to be

on-call for deliveries

Comfortable working at the security desk and performing ID checksAbility to lift, stand, and move for extended periodsStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudePrior experience in delivery, security, retail, events, or operations is a plus, but not required
