Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background understanding inventory control, productivity, warehouse area management, and team leadership. Utilize warehouse managment and order management systems to run an efficient area each day

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient operations
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse temp and permanent staff
- Implement and optimize e-commerce fulfillment processes
- Ensure proper materials handling and storage procedures
- Supervise shipping and receiving operations
- Collaborate with 3PL partners for seamless logistics

Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Ability to handle material handling equipment safely
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving processes is preferred

- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus

- This role works a mandatory Sunday - Thursday, or Saturday - Wed work schedule

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
